A major UK brand asked a deceptively simple question: are we leaving significant revenue on the table? We brought their senior leadership into a two-day EdgeTank built around a single Focus Question. What emerged were multiple revenue streams that had been consistently overlooked, undervalued, or abandoned too early. The implementation plan we developed projected a £300 million EBITDA uplift.
A Nation Wins the Right to Host the World’s Biggest Sporting Event
We were asked to help a nation develop and execute the strategy to win one of the most coveted prizes in sport. Working at the intersection of geopolitics, sport governance, diplomacy, and commercial strategy, we co-created the narrative, the approach, and the alliances that mattered. The bid succeeded.
